Failed Generation is a music and video project led by a working dad trying to live out his childhood rockstar fantasies through the power of technology.
Our sound is a cinematic and ethereal mix of synthpop, alt-rock, and shoegaze - but sometimes an album will venture into other territory like metal or soft rock depending on the concept. Our albums have an epic, world-building scope and focus on the interface between humanity, technology, and progress.
We typically produce one or two music videos to accompany singles from our albums, and you can find those on YouTube, VEVO, Apple Music, and on this site.
